Kiwanis Costume Carnival Each year (on or near Valentine's Day), the Kiwanis Club of St. Andrews presents a Winter Ice Carnival at the W. C. O'Neill Arena. There are prizes for all ages -- children, adults, individuals and groups. In addition to prizes for costumes, there are spot prizes on the ice. The carnival is lots of fun for everyone! You are invited: The 2008 Winter Costume Carnival takes place on February 9th, 2008 The 2007 Carnival was a huge success! Thank you from the Kiwanis Club of St. Andrews to all forty-seven wonderful participants and especially to the hard-working judges John and Rita O'Rourke for doing a difficult job.
